[Q] Files are hidden, can only access Clockworkmod Recovery
Hello, i747m Rogers user here that's pretty new to rooting and flashing ROMs but can follow the directions given easily enough.
I flashed AOKP Milestone 2 (after doing a factory reset, cache, dalvik wipe) and once I had it all up and running I thought my old stuff like photos and music were wiped clean off the device, which is fine since I was just going to re-copy the music anyway.
I go into storage and it says, however, only about 3 GB of space was free (I have a 16GB model).
So, I install Root Browser and try to find where it has saved all my stuff and I couldn't find it. /sdcard, /storage/emulated/0, /storage/sdcard0 all redirect into the "empty" folders; no music, photos, nothing.
HOWEVER, if I boot into Clockwork-based recovery, I can see my old stuff, from before I ever flashed a ROM; I can just "choose zip from sdcard" and it'll take me to /sdcard/ and it'll let me browse all my old folders. If I want to go to my normally accessible stuff, as in when I'm booted into Android, I have to go into /sdcard/0/.
As of now, I'm running Cyanogenmod 10.1.2, the newest stable version and it's still the same. I changed to this because it seems to have fewer issues than AOKP (better battery life, working camera), but that's beside the point.
Anyone have any idea what's going on here?
