Battry life is lil low nt as it ws on jelly bean...my usage is heavy so it jus last for 8 hrs max at present...

Yes it will work, but:
1. why do you want such an old firmware
2. there is a list of all FTFs here: http://xdaforums.com/xperia-z-ultra/development/ftf-depository-sony-firmware-releases-t2829387
