The ra 3.11 version is actually "the best of both worlds" of recoveries. Supports ra and cwm backups & edify and amend scripting. Fyi for those that don't know.

Can you use the Rom Manager features with it?

What rom features do you need to use, that you can't use without rom manager?

Everything that Rom Toolbox says is blocked by Rom Manager.

Can you uninstall rom manager? Why do you need it?

You can uninstall it, but features like backup and restore are propriety of rm.

It's not a big deal, just something that was convenient. I've done without it for a little bit...there is a thread dedicated to this topic.
