If you're flashing in recovery, in addition to wiping cache/dalvik and data, you should format /system. This will clear all remnants of previous OS. be sure to have the flashable rom zip on your external sd. After flashing, wipe data again. I'm assuming you've made a nandroid

sound like your phone is rooted
just download Titanium Backup and remove those.
Phone: Samsung Galaxy S3 I747
Network: T-Mobile
Recovery: TWRP latest
Rom: Switching between Task's AOKP and CM (still hate the pink unicorn, why PINK!!)

Beat my Battery Record !!

I'm assuming you've tried flashing stock in odin? Your posts suggest recovery only

yes i tried odin, just like restoring phone to stock,
the thing, my phone is from rogers canada, but im flashing BELL, Telus and sasktel stock roms with odin!
BUT for some freakin reasson those rogers apps are still there, i have no idea how many times i wiped the phone completly dalvik recovery system, everything
But no go
its like the the stock roms are prepacked with ALL the provider apps and then just check imei or MD5 or something
and installs what ever provider app is needet, maybe im just stupid ,
