[Q] Unlock Lumia 1020

hi everybody... I bought a white lumia 1020 from Orange Dominicana.
But i've been trying to unlock this phone for a long time.
nothing work.
it's posible to unclok this phone?
i visited every single page attempting to buy a code by emai and all of them
said that 'its not possible right now'.

so guys, i am needing your orientations with this stuff.

Software Status : Not available

It can be unlocked from Orange UK but unfortunately I can't see any option at the moment for Dominica.

I'd suggest this means that sooner or later the option will be there but I have absolutely no idea when that will be.
