Do you use Hulu Plus? Hate the Ads? Look no further!

As a heads up, this requires root and Xposed/Cydia Substrate. ART users run away!

So I had recently acquired a Hulu Plus account and, as we all know, it is littered with ads! What to do?!?!?! The first thing I tried was AdAway, but that didn't work :/ Apparently the app brings up this error screen when AdAway blocks the ad. So then I installed Root Cloak and applied it to Hulu. Presto! AdAway is able to block the app without detection! Huzzah!

Doesn't work, as soon as it gets to an ad the app crashes. Says there's an error, if I disable AdAway it works fine again.

Same thing here.

Android 5.0.2 if that helps.

I got so excited for this. But this is really old post and certainly doesn't work.

That would be like using ad block plus and hulu on a rooted device. Hulu doesn't care about root. It needs the ads or it won't work.
