i've done all the steps and i think that the installed completed without errors. the problem is that the phone doesn't recognize carrier and in "about phone" baseband is unknown. i've tried to reapply Blur_Version.672.180.41.XT910.Vodafone.en.EU.zip but i've got "assert failed..." error. wiping the device again didn't help/ what can i do to make it work again?

    Warning

After you've applyed the Update there's NO WAY BACK TO ICS. If you try it, you'll brick! Also we got no Fastboot Files for RSD, so handle your Stock Slot with care!

This Update can be flashed on European and Asian Devices without messing up with your CID.

Charge your Battery till 100% before you start

The necessary ICS Vodafone Fastboot File is an Full Flash Firmware. It will format your internal SD during the RSD-Flash!

    Requirements

To apply the JB OTA you have to be on 672.180.41.XT910.Vodafone.en.EU without any Modifications, like deleted System Apps or changed Boot.img / Baseband.
I recommend to start with an fresh RSD Lite - Flash, before you try to apply the OTA.

    2. Update your SU-Binarys

    3. Install the Voodoo OTA Rootkeeper on your Device and open it. Choose Protect Root and temp. unroot

    4. Boot into Stock Recovery

    JB OTA 982.124.14.XT910.Vodafone.en.FR

I just got the OTA update yesterday for the Vodafone.en.FR version of the phone ! (Lucky me)

And I was intelligent enough to copy the file :p
So here is the download link for the OTA update file:
    Blur_Version.672.180.41.XT910.Vodafone.en.FR.zip (325.7 MB)

Concerning the previous state of my phone, I was on 672.180.41.XT910.Vodafone.en.FR
The link is the fastboot file, to be used with RSD :D

After the update, here is the state of the phone:
    System Version: 982.124.14.XT910.Vodafone.en.FR
    OS version: 4.1.2
    Build n°: 9.8.2O-124_SPUEM-14
    Kernel version: 3.0.8-g7198280
Build date: Thu Feb 28 01:30:46 CST 2013

    Enjoy fellas ;)

is there any splash screen / vodafone apps or is clean?

I couldn't find any branded Apps. Even the Bootanimation is complete Stock.

Is this still a soak test or is it official now? I'm hoping there's going to be a fix for the occasional lag (when installing apps or using Chrome). It's such a pain in the ass!

Yeah its still a soak test ( leak ) ..

Hit the thx button if i helped ya in anyways

any one try it on ICS ME Retail direct without vodafone flash?
is it need to erase CID ??
It's not going to work. If you look at META-INF\com\google\android\updater-script it requires you have this version.

    "RTVFDE/XT910_RTVFDE/umts_spyder:4.0.4/6.7.2-180_SPU-19-TA-11.6/1342423697:user/release-keys"

I'd assume if you try edit it and then try sideload, it'd fail.

I came from ME Retail, flashed vodafone, then applied the OTA zip. No issues, no CID erasing.
