Honestly won't be doing much until near the end of Aug. Work is super busy and I have a few other major things going on outside of Android. Hopefully good things to come from all of it too.

does this ROM give us the option for a transparent status bar? If so, does the shading match the lock screen or is it brighter at the top? Thanks
Is there a fix for GPS? Can't get it to lock for anything. Coming from stock to AOKP M2. Everything works except GPS. Just noticed there's two threads for AOKP so I put this in both lol

Go back to stock, open up maps and get a GPS lock. While you have a lock then shut down and flash AOKP.
I'm having trouble receiving MMS messages. I sent one without an issue, but when I receive a message, I get a notification saying that a message was received yet nothing is there.
Been on this ROM for over a month and overall it is very good. I have a couple questions. First of all, why isn't this listed on the Device page on the official AOKP.co website? This is now an official build right?
Secondly, not sure if this is ROM or kernel related but my battery drains constantly faster than it can charge. This is with brightness at say 50%. This is a problem when using the phone in a vehicle on GPS, or playing games, etc. Never had this problem with my Epic 4G Touch or Galaxy S III. I have an OEM spare battery and that one does the same. Granted, it doesn't drain as fast as not being plugged in, but I would expect the phone to charge faster than it drains. This is with the phone in 3G, no LTE. Good signal strength. All of my chargers are 2.1A.
I even tried the toggle called Fast Charge. What does this do exactly? It makes no difference on or off.
That's because the charger can't keep up with the demand. GPS pulls alot of power when used with navigation.

Just curious if you know if CM and or AOKP is planning on moving away from AOSP to the Google Edition TW framework ever?
