any one can help me my htc is dead

my device is htc one dual sim
i unlock bootloader with app computer his called
HTC Bootloader Unlock.exe
and rooted my device and install recovery mode but not make s-off
But by mistake from recovery mode i formated system file and my device not swich on again
i tried to relock my bootloader to install ruu software but Did not work
and after that i cant unlock boot loader again because i dont have unlocked bin
please can you help me
my phone is dead

Unlock bin

Unlock bin was sent to you in mail when you first unlock the device. Try to re-unlock your device from fresh.
For pushing the zip (rom) file into your internal memory, use this on command prompt:

cd xxx(locate your fastboot folder)
adb push (name).zip /sdcard/

PS: There is a SPACE between .zip and /.

no i dont use my email or any email because i unlocked my bootloadrer in program not in htcdev
