Do they make any USB OTG with also a side-charger?

What I mean by that is something like this:

This was a TV-Out cable I bought for my HTC Inredible, and it supported charging the device while also using the cable. Are there any USB OTG's that support charging and mounting a drive?

The idea is that I'm going to build a custom dash mount for my Nexus 7 in my car and I would like to charge it at the same time that I plug USB Thumb drives into it (mainly for music).

Does anyone know if a Y splitter would work so it could be male micro usb plugged into the tablet and the female micro usb and usb on the other end? Would be pretty sweet if they could work it ino a case as well.

anyone think this will also let you charge at the same time or have something similar?
