notepad++ here ya go

for tools like that I like to use a site called www.ninite.com you can get a few really good programs that would normally come with bloat, but this site will just install the program and non of that other crap. take a look and check it out. I have never had viruses or any issues with them at all. *Notepad++ is all the way at the bottom*
