[Q] Bioshock 2.0 kernel corrupting 64GB card?
I have an AT&T G-S4 running Infamous Alpha 7.5. (Sorry, updates come faster than I can assimilate them.) I am using the Bioshock 2.0 kernel and have a Samsung 64GB card. The Bioshock kernel has 64GB exFAT ability. The issues I have are that the phone will recognize the 64GB and list the files and directories. I can USB thru the phone and copy data to the SD card no problem. The problem comes when I try and access the data. Every song, video, or picture I try and access is not available and becomes corrupted. Although both the phone and computer thru USB can list the files and directories. If I continue to attempt accessing the files the names end up becoming corrupted also. I have re-flashed the kernel twice with LoKi and have not had any problems. Is the card possibly bad? Is there a sure way of testing the card to see if it is bad or fake? I just bought the card from Amazon thru a reputed seller and can return if necessary. I just want to make sure I am not missing something. As a possible work around, can I partition my 64GB card to two 32GB partitions and use it that way? Just a thought.
