Wow what a beautiful beast.. I'm very pleased with her..
Certainly an upgrade from my Xperia Z

What's my best option?

I want a Stock(ish) style experience thats rooted and tweaked but Double Tap 2 Wake is very important to me. It seems Doomlord Kernel has disabled it.

I plan on starting off with KTU84L Google Play Edition - Root/Busybox/Tweaked

I guess you're familiar with DRM keys (TA partition) and what not? Back that up first.

There are plenty of threads about rooting around here, but the basics are:

- Root
- Backup TA partition
- Unlock bootloader
- Flash Recovery/TWRP
- Flash ROM
