[Q] Android Tuner tutorial request
For starters, I run an Amazon Kindle Fire HD 7" with a second bootloader, TWRP 22.214.171.124 , CM 10.1 , Hashcode's 3.0.50+ kernel & Android Tuner Pro Ver. 0.9.9
I found this gem of an app called system tuner and it's big brother android tuner while searching for a good utility app for a rooted device. This is, in my experience, the most versatile and all encompassing utility app on the market. I have been using it for about 2 months now and am no closer to understanding it's higher level functions than I was on the day I installed it, even so, I am as impressed as I am intimidated by it's level of ability to modify system level aspects of my android. I have what I believe to be a mid - level understanding of androids having rooted and modified 3 tablets to date, but this app is above my level of understanding, and all of my attempts to find a tutorial on it's use turn up only the most basic of demos which showcase only it's simplest of operations. And I know this app is capable of so much more. It does have online explanations of many of it's operations but most are written or phrased in a language that is beyond my understanding at this point. I would like my kindle to preform certain tasks under certain conditions such as launching my "Free Calls With Magic Jack" app when connecing to WiFi and killing the app when disconnecting ( it's a very useful app for me but a battery / resource hog.) I'd also like to see USB otg functionally working and I believe this app is capable of doing these things and so much more. I just don't want to stumble blindly through this and brick my fire again. (Fastboot hell!) I feel that a tutorial written in a language that a mid - level user could understand would be very helpful.
In an effort to keep the first post short and because this app is so very extensive, I will forgo posting any screenshots at this time and provide them upon request.
Edit: If I posted this in the wrong forum I apologize. The app forum said that by posting a question I was breaking the rules, hence posting in Q & A.
