it's very simple mate:
for example u need to extract any theme of mine... u will have META-INF and data folder. Go to data>4ext>icons... Mod the .png files with photoshop or any other app. in the progressbar.png you have all frames of progress animations.
When u mod the .png files u can mod the theme.prop. I'm using Notepad++ to edit theme.prop but u can use any txt editor. In theme.prop u have all the stuff in RGB+alpha format. U can use photoshop to chose color and then write it in theme.prop.
Back to progressbar.png... At the end of theme.prop u have something like that:

progress.indeterminate.frame.count = 8
progress.indeterminate.frame.delay = 60so if you open progressbar.png u will have for example a 904x442 resolution cause u need 8 frames of animation in 226x221 resolution. U can mod it like u want
