Framerate is still smooth even POWER SAVING is ON.
Played few games - temple run 2, playstation -epsxe and pou. Cpu usage is max 400mhz.
Gui is also smooth - it is like power saving if off.

Well, I've seen that Temple Run 2 is properly optimized for a lot of Android devices (including the slower ones). That's why it runs smooth.
Buuuuuut I just tested Subway Surfers, too. Yes, it does run faster on Power Saving. So, I think I'll definitely update my post. Thanks!
I have a funny feeling that, previously, Power Saving restricted the CPU to only 800MHz. Now, I can see that it runs at either 800MHz or 1GHz when playing GPU-intensive games. Does anyone know if that's true?

When i fire up MR2 for example in odin, and leave "Phone Bootloader Update" unticked, it will keep my ics bootloader right?

Use Mobil odin to flast it and you will keep previous bootloader

You can disable and/or uninstall all the Vodafone apps from the Application Manager.
But if your MB1 is solid, I'd suggest sticking with it.
Siyah kernel, and no supercharger script. Free ram is wasted ram, and the multitasking is bad enough as it is. I don't need a joke script to make it even worse.

- Restart phone in download mode (Press and hold Home + Power + Volume down buttons)
- Connect phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
- Add AP_I9300XXUGMK6_2168382_REV00_user_low_ship.tar.md5 to AP
- Add BL_I9300XXUGMK6_2168382_REV00_user_low_ship.tar.md5 to BL
- Add MODEM_I9300XXUGMK6_REV02_REV04_CL1413323.tar.md5 to CP

- Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
- Click start button, sit back and wait a few minutes.
- If you encounter any issues with the firmware (Any FC, Bootloop etc)
- Boot into recovery mode (Home+power+vol up)
- Choose to wipe/factory reset. (THIS WILL ERASE ALL OF YOUR DATA INCLUDING YOUR INTERNAL SD CARD!)

Separate Modem: [Mod Edit on links.1/MODEM_XXLG8.tar.html"]Download (.TAR)[/URL]38I was on the German MR2 and I just flashed the BTU MC2. No wipe. Contacts and Contacts Storage data will need to be wiped for those coming from MR2.
Those of you coming from MB5 or MC1 might not notice these differences.
Differences:
- Camera: Camera starts up faster.
- Gallery: Pictures load up faster and pressing the back button results in a slightly faster and smoother animation.
- Touchwiz: Even after clearing RAM numerous times, Touchwiz is staying in memory.
- Recent Apps Tab: In landscape mode, the three choices now have their names next to them (Remove All, Google Now, Task Manager).
- Cloud: The Cloud option is missing from Settings.
- Gaming: Does anyone else notice slightly smoother frame rates? NFS Most Wanted definitely seems smoother.
Issues That May Be Resolved:
Here are some issues that may have been resolved but I cannot know for certain until I test the ROM out for a few days.
- Shadow redraws: Shadow redraws on app-drawer icons aren't occurring yet.
- Recent Apps Tab: It doesn't seem to be forgetting the most recently opened application.
- Touchwiz: The launcher is staying in memory.
Negatives/Unresolved Issues/Bugs:
- Home button to prevent screen timeout still tied to S-Voice.
- Widgets drawer still has the initial loading lag.
- Multitasking with games is still broken. You can't run two or more medium/heavy games in the background. One of them eventually restarts (if not instantly).
- One finger expandable notifications are not present.
- Contacts and Phone don't open instantaneously.
- When recording a video, left and right audio is switched.
- During Pop-up Play, clear type text is turned off and you can see jagged edges everywhere.
Recommended or not?:
Yes. If you're on MR2, it is definitely time to update. Those coming from MB5 or MC1 might not notice these differences but I still recommend that you upgrade.30Right. So, I was previously on the Italian (ITV) XXEMA1 ROM. I've flashed the latest Singaporean (XSP) EMA2 firmware. No wipe.
Differences:
1) Play Music is installed by default.
2) Galaxy Choice is installed but hidden away. Cannot be uninstalled. I only found it after going to the bottom of My Apps list in the Play Store.
Positives:
1) Smooooooooooooth ROM!!! Apps open up and close quicker! It's fluid, it's smooth, it's excellent!
2) Samsung Keyboard bug has been fixed.
Negatives/Unresolved issues/Bugs:

10) NFC toggle bug: When you put the NFC toggle in the notification panel and restart the phone, the NFC icon disappears and you cannot select it. If you then go to settings and enable NFC, the icon appears again. Then, if you disable NFC through the toggle, System UI restarts. (There might be a different behaviour if you wipe but the end result is the same).
Recommended or not?:
YES! The smoothness of the ROM is very noticeable! Samsung are definitely moving in the right direction!
