[ROM][2.3.7] CyanogenMod 7.2 (Alpha9 - 10/03/2013)

I've noticed that CPU freq is 1000 Mhz most (80%) of the time on the stock kernel (conservative). This is probably the reason of battery drain. I dunno what to do

BTW, angry birds rio dont show textures for me in the latest g3mod-arakmars kernel... which one did you use

use setcpu app and change the max to 600 or 800(ondemand).
u vil get good battery life..!!

I had to, thank you. Preformance is still fine, but now the phone is on the 100 Mhz most of the time.

BTW, SetCPU crushes on profile saving (or after reboot when there is no profiles, but enable on boot set) if installed as system app. To make it work again I had to make it user-app THEN uninstal, and the install it anew (this is necnecessary). Same with some other apps. Maybe this is 2.3.7 restriction?

Yeah, just noticed that. Hope its fixed soon, but no real rush really. I don't use Camera much.

Can i uninstall CM stats or will it mess something up in the ROM?

When i plug my phone into my computer whilst it's in recovery it says device not recognised but when i turn my phone on i can connect it through usb mass storage

I flashed Arakmar's kernel from rkoby's signature.
I want to enable data2sd. How should i do that? I have all ready partioned my sd.

put respective hd2sd files on sdcard in Android/data/g3mod/*...reboot phone...now ur using hd2sd

....wait a sec
..

....download Android.zip...extract it to sdcard & owerwrite files...reboot...ur done

...
additional: wipe data in cwm if you ran in any problems

Guys I've got a problem. The usb connect button is missing from the screen. Can anyone help?

help

install cm7.2 alpha 8 odin and also wiped cache/factory reset but still gettiing error like system not responding force close ,adw launcher force close and it hangs and reboot please help

reflash again

...i flashed it 3 times in a row

....or flash zerofill.tar before flashing cm7a8...to clean up ur phone

....and if u'll flash zerofill.tar...remove sim.&sdcard before & backup ur stuff!!

ok i will use zerofill.tar of hillbeast then flash because it already two times i reflashed it two times itz better i try it after flashing it with zerofill.tar

It's because You use old openfimg libs. Probably you flashed Arakmars ICS26 kernel with openfimg. Try this. It's update.zip with latest Arakmars kernel (build from 05.04.2012) and openfimg libs from CM7.2-A8.
Angry birds rio don't have all textures in animations but background isn't white
