look at all other roms based on AOSP they strip it down completely and re work from the ground up. ICS on my Epic 4G was only 120MB give or take. and jelly bean was 150MB give or take
Apparently just a bad flash. All is good! TWRP works fine.
My god this is awesome! Running flawlessly. The camera FC's for me all the time. Will try to fix permissions. Or maybe it just needs a reboot

Ahh no kidding, I flashed with twrp & had the keyboard issues. So I couldnt do anything. I flashed the lk8 all in one. So I flashed the 4.1.2 gapps

Funny thing... I tried on CWM but constantly got errors while trying to install the zip.
Re-flashed TWRP and flashed the ROM with the correct gapps... and now everything is working just fine. I'll edit out my first post on here making a note about using the wrong gapps.

These are Unofficial CM 10 builds for the Sprint Note 2 L900.
Instructions:
-Download and copy rom to sdcard
-Download and copy gapps to sdcard (http://goo.im/gapps)
-Reboot into recovery (i.e. CWM)
-Flash rom
-Flash gapps
-Wipe data/cache
-Reboot
Known Bugs:
- no streaming music over BT
- nfc might not work?
- Orientation sensor is delayed in kicking on, can take a minute to start working

You will lose S Pen and other Touchwiz functionality if you flash this but here is how you can get some of that functionality back! Thanks weehooherod2 for his tips!
