[HOW TO] Get Galaxy S5 Status Bar by Editing build.prop

ro.product.name=SM-N900Satt i just add that to model name and i get carrier name in statusbar, after that i loose brightness slider +/- option but wanam port from old nottach xposed one settings and i check them in theme section to show it again

What do you do? Do you edit and save build,prop? Do you shure is that correct SM-900Satt in ro.product.name= ?
For me work and with jflteatt and with that SM-900Satt
Im with international galaxy s4 9505
Works perfect on the newest 4.4.2 wanam build thank you

You probably would have made some modificstions earlier in wanam xposed, revert them to default.

In my phone, When you switch on any toggle, The multiwindow icon appears behind the toggle icon.

Thid method is a really good find, but I wonder if it has other effects on the overall system.
It also clashes with Wanam xposed module for me.
Either way, big ups for OP!

I don't have anymore notification on the lock screen of calls or sms messages. I reverted back and it is fixed. Does anyone else have this too?

Before start, sorry for my Bad Enlgish
I dont know why but, after I change build properties to SM-N900S (Note3), I get Galaxy S5's Quick Panel.
(Many people has been tested in other forums, and its worked)
This guide need root permission. And also you have to update firmware version to latest release. (KITKAT)
Tested on : SHV-E330S (GT-I9506 for Korea), SHV-E300S (GT-I9500 for Korea)
1) Open Root Explorer
2) Go to /system and find build.prop
3) Press build.prop while 1-2seconds.
4) Press Open in Text Editor
5) Edit these things to "SM-N900S"
ro.product.name=SM-N900S
ro.product.device=SM-N900S
6) Make your device full-reboot
7) Enjoy!

The search feature (S Finder I think..) is not working, but others works great

3i have some problems with all of this build.prop settings in the thread... for example i don't receive all notification on the status bar (like messenger, tapatalk and many other)...or i can't use vocal unlock in lockscreen.. or i have 4g instead h+ icon...so i edit my build.prop like this:
product.model = SM-G900F
product.name = kltexx
product.device = jfltexx
build.product = kltexx
with this settings on european i9505 i solved all my problems:
-keep lte option in settings menu
-keep calls and sms notification on lockscreen
-keep all notification on status bar
- i can use vocal unlock in lockscreen (now i have s voice icon in status bar)
i have normal h+ icon
and obviously i have s5 toggles
