Hey guys, this is an alpha release, don't expect a finished application now...it's just a first impression, nothing else...
@petervbeck Thanks for understanding and helping me clarifying this
@zard the next version is due within a week from now and will have the add task functionality this is what I am working on right now. it will take some time to have everything come in place

Great to hear this.
This is a very good application and has great potential, many people do not use calender because of its difficult user interface. Your application might change that perception!!!

Error on startup

I have tried to run your program, but I always get this error as soon as I launch it:
OtO.exe
DirectoryNotFoundException
No se puede mostrar un mensaje de error porque no se pudo encontrar un ensamblado de recursos opcional que lo contiene
en System.IO.__Error.WinIOError()
en System.IO.FileStream..ctor()
en System.IO.FileStream..ctor()
en System.Drawing.Bitmap..ctor()
en alpha.MainForm.MainMenu()
en alpha.MainForm..ctor()
en alpha.MainForm.Main()
Some details of my environment:
ASUS P535
WM6 (Spanish)
Copied all OtO files to \Archivos de Programa\OtO

DirectoryNotFoundException means it can't find a directory
did you have a directory called images inside OtO ?

You have designed a nice piece of software, has it been tested on anything else besides HTC phones?

works with HTC Prophet and GER WM5

It tested 0.1a for you on my HTC Prophet with a GER WM5.0
I can say, that calendar and task work great (viewing and adding) in landscape and portrait mode.
As you know, the function "Notes" is not implemented yet, so I cant test it.
When I look at the images, I see, that it only works on QVGA?! Maybe you can realize it for VGA?
There is one question: Does OT0 work on smartphones with WM too?

I am not able to add a task or an appointment with OT0 direct. I have to add both the "normal" way.

Sorry this was built for a QVGA i don't have a VGA device and I have no idea how to change this to work on VGA I'll try to work on that but I don't know for which release
