Preparing to get really disappointed tomorrow when I find out they won't have the black version on release day.

All I know is that it is shipping with 4.2.2. The first thing I will do is try to unlock the bootloader.

No problem. I got ADB working about 2 hours ago.
this makes me so happy! I was waiting for custom roms! Now I hope that mike will come on over with ARHD so I can check that out as well. He said if VZW ever got 4.2.2 or 4.3 he would most likely dev for it

So just a question, I came to XDA when I had the HTC EVO on Sprint and I remember the dev support for that phone was huge.
Do you think the One will reach the same level of dev support that the EVO did? Man I sure loved it, I had to go back to stock because I became like a crack flasher, I just couldn't get enough
