[Q] Can't sign in B&N after rooting NST

I have rooted my NST. I think that I've done everything correctly but I'm not sure since when I startedvit up it hadn't asked me to sign in google account. That's why I thought that I'd to reset it. When I sign in, after I've connected it to Wi-fi, it gives me an error.
I am a dumbie at the rooting thing, so please explain what to do.

Which rooting package did you use to root?

What firmware is your device on? (HINT - go into Settings -> Device Info -> About Your NOOK and find "Software Version")

I've rooted it like writen in "make use of" Hack Your Nook Simple Touch Into a Super E-Reader in Three Easy Steps.
and I can't go to settings since I can't set it up. I can only reach the Wi-fi selection page.
