Can someone provide step by step instructions on how to install this Rom? I read that you need the correct version of TWRP but I'm not sure what that is. Can I just download a day put it on my SD card and install through Rom manager?

Thank you

First are you rooted and do you have a custom recovery loaded? If you don't there are 2 separate from post on how to.

How to install custom Rom

First of all do a backup of your internal storage if there is private data on it

1.
Download and install latest Odin for flashing custom recovery TWRP. It's a Windows Tool.
http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2515656

2.
Download latest TWRP in .tar format for Odin and for YOUR device
http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2515656
Note; there are two different versions:
- TWRP for Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) Exynos*[lt03wifiue] SM-P600 Wifi only version
http://goo.im/devs/OpenRecovery/lt03wifiue
- TWRP for Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) Qcomm*[lt03ltexx] SM-P601
http://goo.im/devs/OpenRecovery/lt03ltexx

I'm using "openrecovery-twrp-2.6.3.3-lt03wifiue.img.tar" for my SM-P 600.

3.
Download latest CleanRom and copy it to your SD-Card

4. ODIN
- Run Odin as administrator
- untick -Auto Reboot-
- Click -PDA- (in latest version it's -AP-) and choose your TWRP version
- Now turn off your device and restart it by holding down Power+Volume Down. Proceed with Volume Up to enter DownloadMode
- now connect your device to your PC using USB
- Device drivers should get installed if not already done
- check the Message box in Odin. There should be an "Added!!"
- There should be nothing checked but F. Reset Time
- Press -Start-
- when finished there should be a "RES OK !!" in the Message box
- TRWP is now flashed to your device

4.1.
Now restart your device manually by holding down Power+Volume Up. As soon as you see the Samsung Logo, wait a second and release the Powerbutton but keep holding Volume Up until TWRP is loaded.

5. TWRP
In TRWP
- click Wipe
- advanced wipe and check:
Dalvik, Cache, Data, Internal Storage (should be enough), System
- do NOT tick external SD. You don't want to get it wiped.
- Swipe to Wipe

Now back to Mainmenu
- click Install
- choose your desired ROM
- Swipe to Confirm Flash
- Follow Rom's Installshield and you should be good

Have fun and good luck :)

This Worked for Me (with SD fix)

Thank you for posting this guide. It helped me for CleanROM installed.

I ran into a problem with TWRP not reading my SD card. Turns out the card (64GB) needed to be formatted via Fat32 instead of exFat. Win8 wouldn't let me format it as Fat32, so I used Fat32Format to do it. the guide can be found here: Format Micro SD FAT32 (Windows).

Oh, and PDA in Odin has changed name. I forget what to (it was late last night when I installed CleanROM).

Red, question to point 2:
As I have a p605, is there a separate twrp or do I use p601?
Or is it something very different?

On another question: is there anything not working right now after root?
Do I trip Knox?

For your P605 do install the same version as for the 601. It's the LTE version so use lt03ltexx.

As for your snd question: i don't know if you touch the Knox counter but I'm quote sure there shouldn't be a problem using rooted cleanrom.

Something went wrong

Hello,

well I have Note 2014 (bought in Ukraine) but I am from Czech rep. and I wanted to install czech version of firmware.

My Note 2014 is only wifi. I made all as written on your instruction, but when I am trying to install firmware via TRWP I am getting error failed.

Log is attached.

So the question is what to do next. Now I have only access to the TRWP.
