hi guys yesterday i acccedantly droped my lg in water so i took it off water and took battery sim sd out and let it dry for like 7 houres i puted back the battery turned on the phone got the lg logo and then pufff the screen went off and all i get now is a light down the screen please help

I don't think 7 hours is safe enough. You probably still had humidity in the phone and you've made a short circuit.
You should have opened the phone and gently apply the hairdrier.
Hope not but if you do you have an hardware problem, the only fix is repairing.
