how to make call history to never delete.

Open your Call History
Clik on MENU (its at the bottom of the screen)
Clik On CALL TIMERS
You Will See an Option " DELETE CALL HISTORY ITEMS OLDER THAN:"
Select it to "NEVER"

Your problem will be solved.

Would be nice if there was a reg key that could keep it on my SC, same as my camera's pictures and videos go to my SC...

This doesnt solve the problem, it gets deleted in every 5 days(i.e, it doesnt keep the data for more than 5 days)

If this is not the solution, and data gets deleted after 5 days.
Then what is the solution that the data is not deleted.

Well, if it is really important, you could extract the log (an .xml file) into mysql or something.
