Hi Friends,
I am new to this forum and the topic as well. 2 days back I tried to root my Galaxy S advance using ODIN. I connected and it was detected perfectly by ODIN.
But when I selected PID and MD5 files, and clicked on "Start" button, I saw a blue progress bar on my phone and it restarted.

After that only startup screen is showing and it does not go ahead.

I got panic and I disconnected my phone from my laptop. I thought let's not experiment further and get it checked by Samsung Service center.

But those guys say that your motherboard has crashed and it will take Rs.6100 to get it replaced. They say it was short.

But I am surprised how can it get short when it was running perfectly fine till I rooted it.

I need frank and fair answer about what has happened to my phone. Please suggest if there is any other way I can make my phone alive.

Thanks,
Manish
