Post decreased lag

I uninstalled advanced task manager and the lag decreased. I have tried temple run brave and it lags properly...I have also tried it in live with Walkman and guess what there was no lag at all!!! So is there anyway to fix the lag of temple run brave in galaxy w? V1.1.3 also lags.

Try overclocking your device and deleting / disabling some system and user apps . What ROM are you using?
Please post relevant replies within a topic
Include your ROM name, kernel, and what have you done upon asking a question
Sure, we love THANKS, you are not obliged to give THANKS, but giving them means a lot to us (who have spent our time to answer you)
Don't post warez (pirated applications, you know...), asking for one, or getting support regarding warez here
Buy the application and support the developer!

Be more patient when waiting updates and releases

You can try to set cpu governor to performance or/and this:
Make nandroid backup (IMPORTANT!!!)
delete the first line of /system/lib/egl/egl.cfg ("0 0 android")
rename libGLES_android.so in the same dir (for example to libGLES_android.so.bak)

this removes all softwer rendering from your rom

Sent from my galaxy w running self built aokp using xda app-developers app

On Games, its very unlikely that this will help when dealing with major lags

CPU load during games is usuasly high, so even slow responding governos are likely to perform properly.
Also, changing those libs is really not recommened. You can be sure that Temple Run is using hardware acceleration, it would not run properly with software rendering, or only with a few fps.

Update:

I testest some rounds Temple Run on my device (Alpha 7) now, and it runs fine.

During the first 30 to 45 seconds, there are some small lags, caused by the Andoroid LMK killing Background processes to make room for the memory demands of the game. But after, that, it really runs smoothly - every few minutes, theres a minor lag, but really nothing flashy, quite normal on a 512MB Single-Core device.

Besides this, FPS seems good to me in every situation

So all in all, it runs very well, try a fresh install, there is something intefering when you experience major lag.

Hey...now my temple run rarely lags so that's fixed...but now temple run brave is so laggy and I have changed my CPU governor to performance but no difference.
