Discharging while the Charger Pluggedin

In morning when i Pickup my S4 it Showing me 30% battery Before Sleeping i charged it to 100%.... :eek: :(
now i have a issue with charging, I plugged in the charger and it began to charge now it is going to ( - ) Minus:(
from 30 to 29 then 28 so on to 1%
NOW IT IS NOT STARTING..?? help please

If think your cable, your micor usb port or the battery is dead. So go and buy a new one
