Well the newest version that I know of is really buggy for some people and not for others so I haven't updated the OP with it. Unless someone knows of a new update I can look at I have nothing

You mean the font in the third screenshot? That is included in the app.
I have tried first version it installed via Cwm but can not run.then I tried 1.1.24 but it didn't install at all. I am on stock ics open Germany with cwm 5.6

I can promise you that by flashing this and wiping cache/dalvik cache you wont brick your phone. Is there an error while flashing or is the app simply not there after rebooting?
No error at all. There is no application in app drawer and also no apk at anywhere.
Cleaning cache does not do anything I know that but what about dalvic cache. Mass amount of deletions in ics =may= cause hardbrick right?
And also I wonder is there chance of losing contacts SMS's etc. after dalvic clean.

Could you use a root explorer to check and see if the apk is located in /system/app please? And at the most wiping dalvik cache will just add a minute or 2 to the time it takes your phone to boot up (this only happens after wiping, not continuously). You wont lose you sms/contacts

I have looked in system/app there is no notesmobile in there.
I'll do dalvik clean and try flashing again. I don't want to change spin so shall I use 1.0 version?

Alright I've updated the OP with 1.1.24. That's the newest version but it seems to be buggy for some and not for others. If you want to make sure the app works properly then just download the stable version.
The only reason I updated the OP with it is because it works for some. Do not post any problems you are having with that version. I cannot help you.

Just tried this app. Very impressive handwriting recognition.
One thing I really don't get, is why they did not include the ability to input from keyboard as well. Just seems like an obvious thing to include to me.
Still waiting for something that combines capabilities of this, smemo, evernote, onenote and maybe some GTD/Mind Mapper.

51This is an app ported over from the Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet. It's used for note taking and has handwriting recognition and palm rejection. I find it pretty useful for taking notes for my classes.

Sorry for the big download but it would be a pain to upload each individual apk. To install a language pack, I've always placed them in /system/app but I'm sure you could probably just install like any other app.
Please let me know if you have any problems. I don't own a Note (But I wish I did )

Finally I've managed to make NotesMobile run on my device.
"How to" is as follows,
(for the people who couldn't make it run on their devices with flashing .zip method.)
Download 1.0 version. (first post of this thread)
Unzip the zip
you will see two folders "META-INF" and "system", forget about "META-INF"
in the "system" there are two folders "app" and "lib"
in "app" there is one .apk , copy it into N7000's "/system/app" by using "root explorer"
reboot the device.
Do NOT run, NotesMobile yet.
go to folder "lib" , there are 3 files in it, copy them into "/system/lib" again by using "root explorer"
reboot device again.
Download language packs (first post of this thread)
Install your prefered language .apk's.
Run NotesMobile.

Unfortunately no there is no widget or a way to change the line height.

You can change any font (but not add).
You should raname any font file you like to one of the following: HanodedHand.ttf or LaBelleAurore.ttf and replace one in notesmobile_len.apk\assets by WinRar/1
Nope this app doesn't support landscape sadly. That would make it perfect.
