its not a 4.3 update its only system fixes and stability issue fixes

i don't expect we'll get an update soon, because we already had the 1.23.708.3 update, i'm afraid it will be months before we seen 4.3

We have a new rom with android 4.3 and sense 5.5.

like i said, i don't expect an official OTA update soon, cause we just had one

never will understand the mysterious ways of HTC, not releasing this phone worldwide, not releasing it with 4.3 or a timely update to 4.3....

Never mind. It's our little secret.

Imagine how much more successful the One would have been with these added specs - 1.9, 3200 battery and 5 inch screen. A real keeper.

I completely agree. I have this phone ( in Red) and I get asked all the time, what type of phone is that? I also have the note 3 and dont get near as many inquisitive looks like I do with BS. We better get 4.3 soon!
