Samsung galaxy s3 i9300 freeze on boot

Hi all,i have Galaxy s3 i9300 with problem.The phone open and i see on the screen only this (Samsung galaxy s3 i9300) and 10 seconds after i see the samsung logo.The phone enter normal in download mode and i flash one rom with odin but i see this message on odin.

I flash 4-5 roms but i see the same
Please help !!!

emmc is either corrupt or damaged, try the rescue firmware from general forum else new motherboard.

Try reading the answer you were given, if it doesn't work then pay for a repair/new phone.
