you find this informations in the "Xperia Sola Android Development" Section. Easy to find on the top right: "Type to find your Device"
At first: you need root acces to your phone, For better understanding: root are full Administration rights at Linux.
Here's a Tutorial for rooting your device.
Ok then basicly: you could start your phone in """"3"""" (very much quotation marks
Fastboot, Recovery and Normal system/Rom
You reach Fastboot normaly by pressing Vol- and Power Button while starting the phone. Via Fastboot you could reach the Recovery System. With modified Recoverys you could whipe, format, install roms and much more. So next step is an new Recovery System (if its not installd with the rooting progress) like that: Link to Recovery quickly find by the search function
Ok, if all thats done, then you have the hardest way behind you. As well the rom search and try could also be... "funny"
Look in the Xperia Sola Android Development Section for roms, Download that what you like and copy it to your SdCard. From the Recovery menu, you could install it.
Most importang: make a complete Backup before doing all this!
