    Cant disable it in lockscreen settings? Weird that the password should've been erased when you factory reset it. Try to look into security settings and apps in your phone that is enabled and try to turn it off and do the factory reset again to see if it still there.

    Do you have your att sim card in. If not it will ask for pass code every time. Not sure why it does that but it does. It has nothing to do with kk.

    From the 9005 at the end this appears to be for the international version of the Note 3, not the ATT version.
