WM 6.5 services discontinued.

Hey guys. so i received an email from microsoft regarding WM 6.5. according to them they are discontinuing services for market place and all that. anyone else aware of this?

its getting shut down this 17th

Will make no difference,never used the market place as simply used XDA & google to find quality apps & no other services are going to cause functional limitations ... We will be using our current 20+ fleet of HD2's for employee handsets for some time yet ...

where i can find apps for win 6.5 here, i kept win 6.5 just for htc sense weather widget,and for long battery life, tried many android SD/ and win 7 too. but just stuck with win 6.5 only for 4 these 2 reasons.if you can send me to the right place....I appreciate that 4.............thanx
