Can't activate my phone...help!

So I rooted my HTC before activating, not knowing it wouldn't work. Im running CM11 on an HTC ONE M7 Sprint.
I have always used my Windows computer to run the RUU toolkit, but I'm on business and only have my mac. What are my options here?
Please please please help!!!!
