Question Baseband missing in Milestone 3

Hello everybody!

My Milestone arrived yesterday, but he did't recognize my SIM Card. His baseband did't recognize too. Can I download the baseband for him? My Motorola is a Milestone 3 XT860 (i buy in my country, Brazil), 2.3.5 Gingerbread, and unlocked by TIM Carrier (Blue Man Group).

Thanks!

maybe you can try reflashing stock roms (the sim-unlock should remain intact )

as you are from brazil maybe flashing

584.3 MiB E21D193CC2E8BF8EDCDBD2A5E1A621A8 Retail Brazilian p2b_solana_umts_solana_retail_br-user-2.3.5-5.5.1-112_SLU-39M-110926-release-keys-Brasil-BR.xml.zip

other option would be flashing

587.9 MiB D22BA0B4192E6CDE09D86B428AB078C5 Retail Latin American p2b_solana_umts_solana_retail_la-user-2.3.6-5.5.1-112_SLU-56M-111106-release-keys-Latam-01.xml.zip a more updated retail from latinamerica which i believe should have portuguese as a languaje

this files im talking about are from

http://sbf.droid-developers.org/umts_solana/list.php

so credits go for the maintainer of that site.

be careful to read a guide for flashing as you can BRICK your device if it is done wrong

Retail Brazil did't work. Still "missing baseband information".
