What is HTC elevate? I tried googling it but only got the sign up site and a bunch of forum sites saying to sign up for beta testing

Basicly it allows you to preview beta or pre-release software from htc. If your using a device that is e.o.l. like the shift there's really no point. If my next device is a htc device I'll most likely be contacting htc to join. But again for the shift there's really no point because the shift won't be getting any more ota's A.F.A.I.K.
