Just plug it in an old phone eg. Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Blackberry etc2 those phones will let you set it up or it'll set them up automatically. That's what I do when I mess up my msg center no.

SMS Message centre it has update and refresh. Click update confirm the number and click update .
doesn't work on I9500 model.
just tested it and not working doesn't open service panel...
