What can I do ?
I had the same issue, after 3 days of frustration I finally managed to get it working.
First download the MR. PARKINSON'S DROIDHD UTILITY 2.0 found here http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2241788
The light version should be fine.
After downloading unzip and create a folder inside the "DROIDHD UTILITY 2.0" folder named "twrp"
Inside that folder put the recovery image you want to use. (It doesn't have to be TWR, it could be CWR or OUDHS.)
Now open the DROIDHD UTILITY 2.0 and select option 2 (Roots, unlocks...)
Then select option 5, Say Yes and continue.
After doing all that you should be good to go. Go to recovery mode and check.
