Omni for MTK?

Semi-ongoing but at a very slow pace. Unfortunately most of the work was being done by members of the core team - who have become incredibly busy with core project leadership work (gerrit review of community contributions, keeping everything going forward in general without going off the rails, etc.) As a result some of our personal projects have slowed down significantly.
MTK devices are a nightmare. We had a spare R819 sent to someone who has been doing a bit of MTK work and had more free time than us, but it seems to have a bad USB port.
