Here's my favourite must have apps which I don't think have been mentioned:
- Vignette: An awesome camera app with lots of filter effects, auto-timer and a zillion other features that should be standard in camera applications. Brilliant.
- Colour Notes: A very superb Note app which is very customizeable and my personal favourite - you can back up your notes to SD card or online
- Android SkyDrive Explorer: Basically it's an unofficial (I think) app for Windows Sky Drive, very handy app if you happen to use SkyDrive. Similar to Dropbox.
- Shelves: A very useful/handy app which uses a BR/QR scanner to basically add books/DVD's/CD's etc to a Library of sorts so you can keep track of what you've got. Useful.
- KIK Messenger: Just a simple instant messenger, I know a lot of people don't like it or think it somehow magically viruses their phones but it doesn't. Divides a lot of opinion for some reason but I've never had any issues with it. It's pretty good.
- Evernote/Hello Evernote: Sync your notes to/from your computer/phone's works in a similar vain to Dropbox to an extent. They've just released a new side app called "Hello Evernote" which is sort of like a Social Network integration of sorts.
- Remember The Milk: A BRILLIANT app for setting reminders of task's you need to complete. Excellent UI. The only negatives; certain features are for Pro only which I think is silly; unlimited syncing, setting alarms etc other than that this would be perfect
- Pocket: A fantastic little app which allows you to save pages in Browser I think for offline reading (though not entirely sure that's the case) but it's still a very nifty app which makes reading whatever page you've saved somewhat easier.
- SyncMyPix: A nice little photo syncing app for contacts; basically it imports your friends Facebook photo's into your contacts.
- SuperBackup: An EXCELLENT app for backing up your SMS and Contacts.
