Please use proper grammar/spelling.
You can close apps by double tapping the home button and sliding up on an application. There isn't a built-in feature to clear the memory as far as I know, you'd need a task manager app for that, but I wouldn't suggest that. Just close whatever apps you don't want running by double tapping Home and let Android manage the memory.
There isn't a built in file manager, but you can install one from the Market. File Manager
, ES File Explorer File Manager
, ASTRO File Manager
, and Root Explorer
are all good. Personally I use Root Explorer which is $3.99, but a lot of people like ES File Explorer which is free.
You can get to the application manager by going to Settings then Apps, it's the 7th option from the bottom.
