hi,i have a problem with the camera since the jc2 update

which rom has good camera quality?
i had a rom with vodafone branding and changed to a free official rom( march 2010) jc2...since that,the camera is very noise in low light...and taking pictures doesnt workall the time

which free,stabil rom(official or custom made) doesnt have that problem?
is it possible to solve that cameraproblem with a cab?

Did anybody experience any bluetooth issues? On my friends phone it's only working with an external blueftp. He can't send, receive, or play BT multiplayer games. (latest stock ROM)
Also on android 2.2, the camera works only if it was opened on winMO, before running haret.exe. And only for one time. If closed, cannot be reopened. Strange eh?
8GB model, droid runs on mystorage not on SD.
