Add and modify navbar

I have added a navbar with modify of buil.prop adder "qemu.hw.mainkeys=0". Now i have 2 question,

1) How to reduce the vertical dimension?

2) How to move the back key on the right?

Everyone can help me?

1st of all... Wrong section. QandA should be the place for this.
2nd, there is an closed module called gravity box that has that option
