Download from Gplay Store "Extended Power Menu"
If your phone is rooted, just give permission to SU, select reboot, then recovery and that's all.

And For the begining I invite you to our thread of OMEGA TEAM

If you want to upgrade to 4.4.2, download this firmware from Sammobile :
http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/3/?download=26533
Flash it with Odin.
After flashing, you have to root it with CF-Autoroot :
https://mega.co.nz/#F!sAZkBQrY!B-OoCi6l5Ekmq0-GPWht1g
Flash with included Odin. When, after flashing, the SU will ask you if you want to block KNOX - select YES.
Then flash recovery with Odin:

Download OMEGA ROM v.31 :
http://goo.gl/u5PDEG
this is flashable zip file. Copy it into your internal memory.
Reboot to recovery, select "wipe factory reset", then select "install zip".
Select the Omega zip file and run it.
Then the Aroma intaller will start, select Full Wipe Install.
And then, you select apps that you want to install with ROM.
The OMEGA ROM, has already implemented the Extended Power Menu while pressing power button. If you select reboot, then you have another selection : reboot, recovery, download etc.

Have fun
