Don't know what it's specifically called, but I use the Screen Protector that the AT&T Store sold me, I bought it with my phone. I use that and just pushed out the screen protector that's in the OtterBox. Just take it off the phone, and push it in with a good amount of pressure, then clean the remaining glue on the edges of the opposite side.

I feel you on that one bro idk I need anti glare screen protector I guess

Well I was just pleasantly surprised with mine arriving today. I guess it's on a case, by case basis, but they did send me two separate boxes both with cases. So I ended up getting two of them.
