Anyone have experience with the Encrypt Tablet feature and being rooted?

I like the idea of encrypting my tablet from the Settings > Security view.
Will doing this negatively affect my ability to keep the device rooted and in the future maybe use a custom rom?

I don't think anyone here boasted about rooting his/her Infinity yet, but on other devices many users experienced problems with encrypting on custom ROMs. But the ICS "encrypt device" function doesn't work properly on many levels, do a little search on that, there were numerous reports on problems with that. I'd love to have any kind of TrueCrypt-like solution on this and I'm waiting eagerly for this, but unfortunately it's just not there yet.
