How hard is those to install? Any pros or cons? Like grip for example? I am thinking to buy one because they look great! Thanks.

Very easy to install! Grip increased a lot and I think it looks very good

Is there any cons? How does the analog part work now? For example, is there too much grip on it? Thanks very much for your response.

I got my Xperia Play snap on hard case off of Amazon for literally $3.75 (that included free shipping.) I always say you get what you pay for, so I expected it to be total crap, but surprisingly it has really kept my phone from getting scratched and scuffed going on four months now.

ok guys, i got a problem. i can slide out just fine, but sliding back in the gamepad is a pain. it blocks as soon as it meets the skin and i gotta force it down. I can't do this lol. Someone had to use a pocket knife, i tried with other things but I can't get it to work...
