Jasmine rom
The Jasmine rom I used was v2. I didnt know there was a v6. The Jasmine rom itself doesn't have APN settings. with my phone being through straight talk I need APN settings so that I can set up my data. I'm just wondering at the Jasmine ROM v6 has APN settings or not but my phone is Verizon factory unlocked note 3. maybe there's a better one that you guys prefer a better ROM?

This is JasmineROM v6.1 release with support for MultiSystem, FlashFire, Safestrap, TWRP & Xposed... based on Lollipop 5.0 LRX21V.N900VVRUEOF1 firmware for VZW Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (SM-N900V). It's a regular flashable .ZIP file for both retail & developer editions to CLEAN FLASH via FlashFire, Safestrap, or TWRP (not recommended for retail users due to the lack of a rooting method if something went wrong, unless if coming from rooted KK 4.4.x or JB 4.3) or use the included IMG as a safe-to-flash/mod virtual ROM for MultiSystem.

Stagefright that works on Jasmine 6.1?
I have tried to flash from a Sprint Note 3 forum Stagefreight_Fix_02_Nov.zip. It boot looped my Virtual Image but worked on a Sprint N3 running a Custom ROM.
Anybody had any luck with a file with Jasmine V6..1 Virtual?
I applied these changes and used Stage Fright Viewer any everything is disabled:

I tried Jasmine 6.1 a while back and had several issues with the radios (bluetooth, wifi, cell) before so I reverted back to 4.4.4 and retained root. I have been running 4.4.4 for a while without those issues and decided to try it again. I with a fresh install, following the instructions exactly, I have the same issues. Wifi connects and seems to work great, then suddenly fails to work (even though it shows connected). I have to turn it off/back on to get it to work again. I have the same issue with the 4g connection. The bluetooth is also intermittant. Sometimes it shows connected but wont play sound or it completely disconnects.
Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a fix?
I really like my Note 3 but have been kicking around the idea of upgrading but want to keep root and would love to have an unlocked bootloader.

I have a Verizon Galaxy Note 3, with Jasmine ROM 6.1 flashed. The phone, upon initial boot, is snappy, but then starts to lag and finally reboots. This continues throughout the day. Anybody else have this problem? I have tried running both regular system and MultiSystem's virtual system for this ROM/image.
I may try a complete wipe this week and see if that clears any states that are screwing up the phone, but I really do not want to go that route due to the time to rebuild the phone and reinstall all of my software.
Any help is appreciated!

So....I was on 6.0 and I was trying to upgrade to 6.1, I did the whole virtual system route and I still think I bricked my phone. Can't get in, just gets stuck on the "android logo"....Any idea on what I need to do and am I going to lose root?
****EDIT: I was able to get it to boot up by taking out the sd card, but when I turn it off and put the sd card back in, it won't boot...why is this? When it booted up without sd card, it showed jasmine 5.0.2.

If it works the way I think it does, when you take out the SD card MultiSystem defaults back to the phone's system partition. when you put it back in, it finds the default rom slot you were using and loads that. May be something wrong with the image you are using, or like me, you didn't factory reset after loading the new image.
Same here, at least a couple times a day. It seems to play out like a memory leak and I'd read something about 5.0 TouchWiz having one... No idea if that's what's happening. I was patiently waiting for a 5.1 update for JasmineROM. I think the 5.0 TouchWiz memory leak is fixed in that.

I just installed the xposed module Fix Lollipop Memory Leak, activated the module, and reboot my phone. Now my phone is back to its snappy self. I would encourage you to try this scooterbaga.

Finally fixed it, I basically had to start over. I took my SD card out, moved all contents off of it and then partitioned it again to specifications. I THEN downloaded everything again and went through the steps of reinstalling multisystem along with Jasmine 6.1. Everything is working now. The main thing I had to figure out was that the SD card was causing the problem. It had loaded to jasmine 5.0.2 with the card out so I just followed the steps of going from 5.0.2 to 6.1 as normal once I wiped the sd card.
I've had that module installed for months. Doesn't seem to affect the issue much. If anything, it just sort of extended the times between needing to reboot. Let us know if it works out for you though... Perhaps I have something else going on.

Scooterbaga, I'm seeing the same performance you reported. Longer time between reboots required, but still something corrupting memory I suspect. Ugh. I love this rom when it starts, but the memory issues are driving me mad!

Scooterbaga, I also installed the DVFS disabler xposed module. So far snappy performance and no reboots/slowdowns. Think I may have hit the right combination with both the fix lollipop memory leak xposed module and this. One thing I have noticed is that the DVFS disabler module says I do not have xposed installed, but seems to improve performance.

Ok, I know you'd like to see the changelog. I'll do very soon, but JFYI, the least is:
JasmineROM v2.2 supports NC4 kernel.
- You'll be able to use any of NC2/NC4 kernels.
- You don't have to flash any firmware anymore.
- If NC4 kernel works better, you'll be advised to upgrade your kernel.
- If you're on NC4 OTA, don't do anything. Your firmware is fully supported.
- If you're on NC2 bootloader, you can upgrade to Full NC4. This'll make you able to flash NC2 kernel for kexec if needed, but you won't be able to roll back to JB (I don't care). Otherwise, just flash the NC4 kernel & keep the NC2 bootloader (downgradable to JB). However, the results of the last test is based on full NC4 firmware. I'm going to play with NC4 kernel for deep sleep. If it works, you choose :fingers-crossed:
