[APP] TaskManager from KitKat

I have made this TaskManager :)
it's stock with skin from KitKat (LG L9 II), taskmanager from this phone I could not run, because apk miss HDPI resolution, so I had to decrease XHDPI resolution of those files :)

APK (copy to system/app and set perm to 644)

Not work on my phone (P769):

Push to /system/app and set perm but it won't appear (rebooted)

Install as normal apk: App not installed

Using adb install: Failure [INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_NO_CERTIFICATES]
